Runs the front line — the calls, the questions, the ‘is this photographer actually going to show up’ panic. Keeps the shoot on schedule and the client calm, so the team can focus on the camera instead of the chaos.
How It Works
Before The Shoot
A $50 deposit locks your date — it comes off the final bill, and it’s non-refundable. Book early and you get first dibs on any monthly discounts.
Big event coming up? We do pre-shoot meetups on Thursdays at Starbucks in Streamwood, Schaumburg, or Saint Charles — wherever’s easiest for you.
Need to move things around? A $50 rescheduling fee applies unless you give us two weeks’ notice.
After The Shoot
Balance is due the day of your session — once it clears, we start processing your photos.
You’ll get two ways to access them. A private online gallery you can share with friends and family — it stays up for at least thirty days. And a Google Drive folder with unlimited access for thirty days after delivery.
