Our Process

Pre-Session Process:

In order to secure your slot on our schedule, a $50 deposit is required before your session/event. This deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of your session. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

When you reserve your spot by making the deposit, you will be eligible for any relevant discounts on a first-come, first-served basis.

For clients who are organizing big events, we are pleased to offer pre-event meetups to go over all the crucial details. These meetings can be scheduled on Thursdays, and we can meet at different Starbucks locations for your convenience [ Streamwood, Schaumburg & Saint Charles ]

Should you need to reschedule, please note that a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply unless a two-week notice is provided.

Post-Session Process:

Payment: The remaining balance for our services is due on the day of your event/session. Once we have received the full payment, we will begin processing your photos.

Delivery of Photos: We want to make it as easy as possible for you to share your photos. Therefore, we will provide your photos in two ways:

Viewable Files: You will have a private online gallery to view your photos. Feel free to share the link and password with your friends and family to view the photos. The gallery will remain accessible for a minimum of 30 days, and its availability after that will depend on website traffic.

Downloadable Files: You will receive the downloadable files via Google Drive. You will have unlimited access to these files and can download them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a fee will be charged if you lose your photos and require recovery.

    The exact breakdown will vary based on your chosen package and additional services. We will provide you with a detailed estimate tailored to your session, outlining the specific costs involved.

  • Can I reschedule my session?

    Certainly! It's important to note that there will be a $50 fee in order to compensate for the missed opportunity to book that time slot.

    That being said, If you provide us with a notice at least two weeks in advance, there will be no fee for rescheduling. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and offer the available slot to other clients.

  • Can I use multiple discounts?

    Certainly! New customers have access to sitewide discounts. Returning customers not only have access to sitewide discounts but also receive an additional 10% discount as a loyalty reward unless the service is on sale.

  • Can I do a same-day booking?

    Certainly! If we have availability, you can make a same-day booking without any extra fees. However, please note that for same-day bookings, discounts will not be applicable. We suggest contacting us promptly to inquire about availability.

  • Do you charge per hour?

    Our event photography pricing is based on package rates, not hourly rates. Additional charges may apply for extra time beyond the package duration or an upgrade to a higher package level.

  • Can you recover my photos?

    While we cannot guarantee a 100% file recovery, we will make every effort to recover your Photos. Please note that there will be a $300 charge for the recovery service.

    It's important to keep in mind that the recovered files may not have the exact same quality as the original ones, but we will strive to ensure they are as close as possible.
