Our Process

Pre-Session Process:

In order to secure your slot on our schedule, a $50 deposit is required before your session/event. This deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of your session. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

When you reserve your spot by making the deposit, you will be eligible for any relevant discounts on a first-come, first-served basis.

For clients who are organizing big events, we are pleased to offer pre-event meetups to go over all the crucial details. These meetings can be scheduled on Thursdays, and we can meet at different Starbucks locations for your convenience [ Streamwood, Schaumburg & Saint Charles ]

Should you need to reschedule, please note that a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply unless a two-week notice is provided.



Post-Session Process:

Payment: The remaining balance for our services is due on the day of your event/session. Once we have received the full payment, we will begin processing your photos.

Delivery of Photos: We want to make it as easy as possible for you to share your photos. Therefore, we will provide your photos in two ways:

Viewable Files: You will have a private online gallery to view your photos. Feel free to share the link and password with your friends and family to view the photos. The gallery will remain accessible for a minimum of 30 days, and its availability after that will depend on website traffic.

Downloadable Files: You will receive the downloadable files via Google Drive. You will have unlimited access to these files and can download them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a fee will be charged if you lose your photos and require recovery.
